1. Introduction

Welcome to Colito.ma (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Colito.ma is a marketplace connecting clients with transport, moving, and logistics service providers in Morocco. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Role of Colito.ma

Colito.ma acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate communication between clients and independent service providers. We are not a transport company, we do not employ drivers, and we are not liable for the quality, safety, or execution of the services provided. Any agreement is strictly between the client and the provider.

3. User Obligations

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Providers must comply with all Moroccan laws and regulations regarding commercial transport (e.g., Registre du Commerce, Insurance, Carte Grise).
• Users may not use the platform to arrange the transport of illegal, hazardous, or stolen goods.

4. Payments and Fees

Currently, Colito.ma does not process transport payments directly. Pricing is negotiated and paid directly between the client and the provider. Colito.ma reserves the right to introduce premium paid features (e.g., sponsored listings) for providers in the future.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Colito.ma does not guarantee the reliability of any service provider and disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services booked through the Platform.
